Appointment Booking, Cancellation & Refund Policy
To confirm your appointment, a deposit must be paid at the time of booking. Appointments are only secured once the deposit has been successfully received.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we require at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time will be subject to a full appointment charge, and the deposit will be non-refundable.
We expect all clients to communicate respectfully at all times. Rude, abusive, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and may result in appointment cancellation without refund.
